Exactly what visitors see
A real calculation, in miniature.
This fixed demonstration shows stars above Greenwich at 00:00 UTC on 1 January 2000. It uses the same astronomical engine as the creator. Visitors can follow the link to choose their own date and coordinates and preview a map for free. Printable PNG and PDF options are described in the creator; availability is shown there.
The widget uses no cookies, browser storage or analytics. Loading it requests content from Moment Sky; your browser shares normal connection information. Optional measurement of visits from the widget happens only after consent on the creator. No location permission is requested.
